Products

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Because our handbags are individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, stitching, hardware, lining or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness and character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Many HereBags collections are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold out, products may not be restocked.

Although we strive to display colours as accurately as possible, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, availability or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

 

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted only once it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • pricing or product information contains an error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for any reasonable reason.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will provide a full refund using the original payment method.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We accept secure payment through approved third-party payment providers, including:

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay (where available)

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to purchase.

 

Customer Accounts

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and Risk

Ownership of products passes to you once full payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided with your order.

Returns & Refunds

At HereBags, every handbag is handcrafted with care, attention to detail and a commitment to timeless quality. We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a voluntary 7-day return policy under the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind return for eligible items purchased directly from www.herebags.com.au.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@herebags.com.au.

  • Obtain return approval from HereBags before sending your item back.

  • Return the item within the timeframe advised by our Customer Care team.

  • Return the handbag in its original, unused and saleable condition.

  • Include all original packaging, dust bag, tags and proof of purchase.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returned items must be free from:

  • signs of use or wear

  • scratches or damage

  • perfume or fragrance

  • makeup marks

  • stains

  • pet hair

  • smoke or other odours

  • any alteration or modification

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival at our office before a refund is approved.

If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the item to you.

This voluntary policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as HereBags is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 10-15 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us in 7 days after your order was received  info@herebags.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, HereBags will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

Our products are covered by our Warranty Policy and by the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your legal rights.
